Nesta has been appointed in the position of head coach for Miami

Miami announced the name of the head coach of the Club. It was the legendary AC Milan’s defender Alessandro Nesta.

Miami starting from 2016 will begin performances in NASL, the second division after MLS. Nesta has already had experience in North America: after leaving Milan, the defender from 2012 to 2013 year played for Montreal.

The former defender of AC Milan and the Italian international Alessandro Nesta decided to resume his playing career and signed a contract until the end of the season with an Indian club Chennai. 38-year-old Italian is intended to replace a part of an extended period of retired defender John Mendoza. It is noteworthy that the head coach is a former partner of Nesta, Italian national team’s defender Marco Materazzi. Nesta’s last team was MLS (Montreal Impact) in October 2013 The defender announced about his retirement.
