Earlier French PSG tried to intercept the transfer of Brazilian striker, but the Brazilian Club refused, stating that the deal with Barcelona already enclosed.
In the contract between the clubs there is a paragraph that Santos would be forced to pay Barcelona 40 million if Neymar becomes Catalan team.
Note that the term of the contract between Santos and Neymar expires in 2014.
